Weston Outlaw is chief financial and operations officer at Columbus Academy, a PK-12 day school in Gahanna, Ohio. There, he oversees the school’s business office, human resources, facilities, technology, food service, security and special programs. A seasoned independent school administrator, Outlaw has built a reputation for leading and advising schools around the Midwest on the growth of auxiliary programs. His career includes roles at Culver Academies in Indiana, Cranbrook Schools in Michigan, and University School of Milwaukee in Wisconsin. A longtime camp professional and American Camp Association volunteer, he brings a unique perspective on blending business discipline with the developmental power of youth programming.
