Rene Reynolds is a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently, she serves as the Director of Human Resources at St. Anne’s Episcopal School, where she specializes in compliance, benefits and employee relations, driving employee engagement and a positive work culture. This is Rene's third year on the NBOA HR Council, and she has just assumed the role of chair. Rene holds an SPHR certification in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
