Kathleen Siciliano is an associate in Chambliss' Labor and Employment group. Her practice is focused on counseling employers of all sizes on matters related to workplace harassment and discrimination, medical and disability leave, discipline and termination, employment agreement, workplace policies and restrictive covenant agreements while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. She also advises educational intuitions on issues involving Title IX and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Her experience further extends to advising employers on discrimination or retaliation claims under Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA.
