Retired Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations

Saint Ignatius High School

Richard Klingshirn, CPA, retired from the full-time role of vice president operations and chief financial officer at Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio in 2022, turning the reins over to Patricia Walcutt, CPA. At the time, the school was embarking on several initiatives driven by the recently completed strategic plan. Klingshirn stayed on part-time to oversee several of the initiatives, including a $40 million campus renovation and expansion project. He joined Saint Ignatius High School in 2013 following 29 years in the corporate sector. Klingshirn earned his bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University in 1984 and his CPA credential in Ohio in 1986.
