Irene Knott has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. While she has worked in multiple industries over that time, her operating group focuses on no-profit organizations and independent schools. Knott has completed projects for nearly two dozen independent school clients in the Baltimore and D.C. areas. She has worked in general contractor roles to deliver design/bid/build projects and construction manager roles to deliver projects as design/build and design/bid/build with preconstruction assistance. Her experience with heads of schools, CFOs, facilities directors, boards of directors, and donors has afforded her keen insight into different project management systems and what can make or break a project team.
