Camilo Bearman has over 30 years’ experience designing learning environments for a variety of age groups and instructional models. He is the K12 Sector Leader for the NE region at DLR Group, helping to deliver projects up and down the east coast and across the country. His approach to “deep listening” and “design iterating” supports institutions that have unique challenges and seek to explore project delivery methods which range from traditional design/bid/build to more progressive design/build and P3 partnerships. Bearman’s background with integrated, full-service, A/E design methodologies support processes that value early collaborative input from many disciplines and diverse voices, especially owners, students and families.
