Jeff Martin has been the assistant headmaster for business and auxiliary operations at Norfolk Academy since 2013. During that time, he has led a complete reevaluation of the school’s retirement plan, a shift to a self-insured medical plan, a $30 million capital construction project, and the school’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Prior to Norfolk Academy, Martin served 10 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy and filled various financial leadership roles in the U.S. and abroad. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Boston University, and an MBA in finance from Old Dominion University.
