For the last fifteen years, Brad Rathgeber has been the President & CEO of One Schoolhouse, a non-profit organization that supports Academic Leaders in more than 300 independent schools in two key ways: our Academic Program helps Academic Leaders expand their schools' course offering, and our Association for Academic Leaders provides the community, learning, and resources for Academic Leaders to be successful in their current and future roles. Prior to One Schoolhouse, Brad worked as a teacher and administrator at Holton-Arms School (MD) and in higher education. Brad earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar, and a master's degree from Dartmouth.
