Mike Bergines is director of strategic finance outsourcing and a consultant at Armanino, LLP.  He worked in Silicon Valley for over 25 years in finance, operations and general management. After the tech bust in the early 2000s, Bergines started a company that helped middle-market companies self-insure their benefits (25% savings in costs). He was also a founding member of the management team for PayPal Working Capital, which was incubated within PayPal and grew to $8 billion in loan originations. Bergines brings deep experience in eCommerce, payments, lending, fintech, SaaS, and blockchain. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University and majored in finance and entrepreneurship at the Anderson School at UCLA.
