Dawn Ijiri is the Director of Human Resources at Hawai‘i School for Girls at La Pietra. During her tenure, the school has been recognized three times as a Hawaii Top Workplace and as an Outstanding Employer by Mental Health America of Hawai‘i. Dawn recently completed three years of service on the NBOA HR Council, including serving as Chair last year. She is a recipient of NBOA’s 2026 Professional Achievement Award and also serves on the SHRM Hawai‘i Professional Development Committee, supporting the profession through teaching, mentoring, and volunteer service.
