Suzanne Bogdan is managing partner in the Fisher Phillips’ Fort Lauderdale office and serves as chair of the Education Practice Group, actively representing hundreds of independent and private educational institutions in employee, student and board issues. Bogdan's practice includes preventive counseling, training, audits, policy reviews, drafting of handbooks and contracts, LGBTQ issues, board governance and training, defense of claims in the administrative setting, and litigation in all courts. Bogdan is “AV” Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She was recognized as 2020 Lawyer of the Year, Employment Law by Best Lawyers in America along with The Best Lawyers in America 2014 – 2022 and ranked in Chambers USA 2019- 2021. Bogdan was also named 2020 Power Leader by the South Business Journal.
