Greg Lowry is managing director at HWC Consultants and has three decades of experience in telecommunications consulting. Using diverse technologies to find effective solutions for a wide variety of telecommunications projects, has managed many complex, multi-million-dollar projects for clients, addressing the needs of both executive and technical staff. In 2003 Greg opened his own telecommunications consulting firm and began helping schools and libraries with both E-Rate applications and telecom auditing aimed at reducing their telecom spend.
