Dyana Conroy is the chief financial officer and chief operating officer at The Potomac School in McLean, Virginia, a role she has held since July 2015.  She previously served for four years as the director of finance and operations for The Peck School in Morristown, New Jersey. Prior to entering school finance and operations, Conroy served as managing director of real estate asset management with Madison Capital. She has also held the positions of senior financial planner with The Ayco Company and associate with Prudential Real Estate Investors. She received an MBA from New York University and a bachelor of science in business administration from Georgetown University. Conroy was a member of the TIAA Select Council (2019-2021), the NBOA BIIS Data Task Force (2020-21), and was a 2022 recipient of the NBOA Will Hancock Unsung Hero Award. Conroy has presented at several NBOA Annual Meetings and is pleased to join the faculty of the 2023 Business Officer Institute.
