Mick Rayburn is a vice president with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a Baltimore based construction firm. His responsibilities include management of an operating group out of Whiting-Turner’s Towson, Maryland, headquarters, including oversight of all phases of construction projects within the group. In his 19 years of K-12 experience, Rayburn has built over  2 million square feet of space worth $640 million, including new construction, replacements, additions and renovations. He serves as the company’s K-12 national leader, utilizing his expertise to assist Whiting-Turner employees and clients in all things related to the K-12 industry. Rayburn holds both LEED AP BD&C and is a certified construction manager.
