John Amussen has over three decades of experience as a financial executive in Los Angeles. He spent nearly two decades in film industry finance, working for Columbia Pictures, Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox. In 2015, he transitioned to independent school finance, taking the position of chief operating & financial officer at Milken Community Schools in Los Angeles. In 2019 Amussen joined Marlborough as their Controller and Business Office Manager. He was born in New York City, attended high school in Minneapolis and received an A.B. in American Civilization from Brown University. He holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
