David Oxley is a vice president and wealth advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He works with mission-driven individuals and organizations to solve social, environmental and educational challenges. Oxley comes to Bernstein with over a decade of experience in financial services. Prior to Bernstein, he was a township supervisor in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where he worked with the economic development and finance committees to create strategies for attracting new business to increase the tax base. He also spearheaded numerous social justice initiatives including organizing a local vigil for George Floyd and recognizing Juneteenth as a holiday. Oxley holds a BA in politics and government from the University of Hartford and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. He serves as a board and committee member for several organizations, including Heritage Conservancy and United Way of Bucks County.
