With 35 years in independent school education, including two decades as a head of school, Sullivan specializes in revitalizing struggling schools by leveraging summer and auxiliary programs to drive financial growth. A former chair of an independent school accrediting association, Sullivan is passionate about helping schools meet their strategic objectives and develop leadership at all levels.
