Kellee Boykins serves as the director of human resources at The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, where she leads human resources strategy, compliance and talent management. With 24 years of experience in human resources, she possesses a deep expertise in staffing, compliance and people management. Boykins began her career in the U.S. Army as a benefits and enrollment specialist, where she honed critical skills in employee support and operational efficiency. She earned an associate’s degree from the University of Phoenix while deployed overseas, and she holds a SHRM‑SCP certification from Villanova University. Boykins serves on the board of trustees for the PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust, where she provides valuable insights to support key organizational initiatives.

Natalie Hood serves as the human resources director at Key School in Annapolis, Maryland. She has over nine years of experience in independent schools, having previously served in HR leadership roles at Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland, and Sandy Spring Friends School in Sandy Spring, Maryland. At Key School, Hood helped establish both the faculty advisory committee and staff advisory committee, long-requested initiatives that strengthen communication, build community and ensure voices are heard as the school’s culture and mission evolve. Hood holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in human resources management from Strayer University, as well as a master of science in human resources development from Towson University, where she specialized in industrial-organizational psychology. She is an active member of the National Association of University Women (NAUW) and has served on its education and scholarship committee. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Dawn Lewis serves as the chief people officer at the June Shelton School and Evaluation Center, where she develops and leads HR practices that nurture an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Prior to joining Shelton, Lewis served for ten years as head of HR at The Episcopal School of Dallas. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles across banking, healthcare and the nonprofit sector, including positions as assistant vice president at Town Center Bank, director of business development for TienaHealth Medical Group and director of business services for Coppell Family YMCA. Lewis earned her bachelor of arts in human resources from American Intercontinental University and a master of jurisprudence in labor and employment law from Tulane Law School. She also holds the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Angela Oliver serves as director of human resources at Sage Hill School. She joined the school in 2001 after working at the Windward School in West Los Angeles. She has over 25 years of experience in independent education and holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Oliver is a former board member of the statewide Independent School Business Officer’s Association (Cal-ISBOA).
