Bo is designed to help NBOA members and independent school business leaders more broadly access information, resources and guidance. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, personalized consultation or expert advice. Users should verify important information independently, and you acknowledge and agree that use of Bo for such purposes is at your own risk.
Registration for access to and use of Bo may require access credentials, such as an email address, username, or password, or adherence to other particular access requirements as designated by NBOA in its sole discretion from time to time. You hereby agree to consider and maintain your access credentials as confidential information. You shall immediately notify NBOA if you suspect or become aware of any loss or theft of or unauthorized use of your access credentials. NBOA has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier if, in NBOA’s opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
Bo does not collect or store personal data by default. Conversations may be logged to improve the accuracy and coverage of NBOA’s content. Users should avoid entering personally identifiable information (PII). If you believe your data should be removed, please contact NBOA at publications@nboa.org
All materials generated or provided by Bo, including logos, content and responses, are the property of NBOA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content without NBOA’s express written consent in each instance. Further, NBOA transfers no ownership or intellectual property interest or title in and to Bo to you or anyone else. NBOA reserves all rights not expressly granted by these Terms of Use. Accordingly, you may not modify, translate, decompile, create derivative work(s) of, copy, distribute, disassemble, broadcast, transmit, publish, remove, or alter any proprietary notices or labels, license, sublicense, transfer, sell, mirror, frame, exploit, rent, lease, private label, grant a security interest in, or otherwise use Bo in any manner not expressly permitted herein. Additionally, the output provided by Bo may not be completely error-free or up to date. You acknowledge that the use of Bo, and that any actions taken or reliance on such outputs are at your own risk. NBOA recommends independently verifying any information provided to you by Bo.
By using Bo, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority, whichever is greater) and will, at all times, provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when submitting information or materials on or through Bo, including, without limitation, when you provide information via a NBOA submission form. In addition, you agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations with respect to your use of Bo. You also acknowledge and agree that use of the Internet is solely at your own risk.
