Auxiliary programs create meaningful opportunities for schools, but they also introduce unique operational and risk management challenges. This interactive workshop explores practical strategies for managing risk while supporting safe, sustainable program growth.
Designed for auxiliary leaders and business officers, the session covers emergency preparedness, incident response, insurance and liability, vendor and contract management, cybersecurity, facilities, transportation, and the operational realities of camps, events, enrichment programs, and facility rentals. Participants will also examine how marketing, safety, and operational excellence work together to strengthen program success.
Through peer discussions, real-world examples, and practical tools, attendees will leave with actionable ideas to improve operations, reduce risk, and enhance the overall effectiveness of their auxiliary programs.
