Enrollment volatility is one of the greatest risks to financial stability in schools. Because enrollment drives the budget, business officers must move beyond passive recipients of enrollment projections and become active, strategic partners in shaping them. This webinar presents a strategic approach to enrollment forecasting that blends the enrollment team’s relational insights with financial analysis and data modeling. Learn how to strengthen projections using internal data (such as pipeline trends, attrition history) alongside external signals (such as competitor movement, demographic forecasts). We’ll also explore how to collect and interpret primary data from prospective, current and withdrawn families to better understand enrollment drivers.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain practical tools and strategies to support more collaborative, data-informed enrollment planning that will ensure school budgets are built around realistic enrollment assumptions.
