Shannon Duckett is the executive director of human resources at The St. Paul’s Schools, where she leads all HR operations for a dynamic employee population of over 350 individuals. Her work touches all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance and organizational strategy. Prior to joining St. Paul’s in 2009, Duckett served as the human resources director for IES Commercial, a leading electrical construction contractor. She holds a bachelor of science in communications and public relations from Towson University.

Sandra Fantozzi-Welker is the director of human resources and payroll for University School, a K-12 day school in the Greater Cleveland area of Ohio. With more than 40 years of HR expertise, Fantozzi-Welker brings expertise in compensation, healthcare benefits, retirement programs, performance management, employee relations, staffing, training and HCMs. In her role at University School, she focuses on enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture. Fantozzi-Welker served on the NBOA HR Council and is active in SHRM, the local C-SHRM,  the ISBC Ambassador Committee, as well as other local independent school associations. She holds a bachelor’s in science from Indiana Wesleyan University.
