This one-week intensive course is designed for both business officers who have oversight and responsibility for human resources as well as human resources professionals to understand cultural considerations and best practices for compliance with employee benefits laws.

This course includes asynchronous instruction available daily through videos, reading and discussion boards. Participants should plan to reserve one to two hours daily for the course to maximize learning.
