Recruiting Gen Z Talent

Feb 27, 2023, 4:30 PM

(From CFO) By 2030, Gen Z employees — those born between the mid 1990s and 2010 — will comprise nearly a third of the overall workforce. Experts say changes must be made to draw Gen-Z candidates. Here are three simple moves organizations can do to improve their recruiting success with Gen Z:

  • Don't rely on gimmicks like free snacks or a foosball table. Instead, be upfront about how the organization can provide work-life balance and respect.
  • Experiment with different communication methods like texting or audio messages.
  • Emphasize mental health and wellness opportunities in your benefits package.
