(from the Chronicle of Philanthropy) The nonprofit job site Idealist analyzed postings on its job board and found remote positions receive nine times as many applications as onsite roles. Hybrid jobs receive twice as many as in-person roles. Offering flexibility has allowed nonprofits that were struggling with staffing to hold onto staff longer. Many leaders are also building in purposeful ways to connect in person when they do come to the office.
