(From HR Dive) More than half of employees say they would always report workplace harassment, but a third would do so only if they could remain anonymous, according to Traliant’s latest workplace harassment report. Among more than 2,100 U.S. workers surveyed, 22% did not report harassment, and 38% of those who did were dissatisfied with how their employer handled it. Harassment remains widespread, particularly among Gen Z and customer-facing workers, with identity-based harassment reported more often than sexual harassment. Traliant urges employers to offer multiple reporting channels, strengthen leadership accountability, and expand training to reduce fear, retaliation, and inaction.
