NBOA on-demand programs are self-paced online professional development courses that provide a quick immersion into focused subject areas that are critical to the administration of independent schools. These programs provide the flexibility and convenience of asynchronous learning that can be completed anywhere and at any time. An on-demand program takes approximately four hours to complete.
Each on-demand program is comprised of three sections:
- Welcome and program overview
- Coursework and additional supplemental resources
- Quiz and analysis of a reflection or case study (participants apply course concepts to a concrete example and receive feedback from the course facilitator)
