Overview

The NBOA Leadership Academy is a one-year leadership development program designed for a select cohort of independent school business professionals ready to gain and enhance the skills and organizational perspectives necessary to grow and advance as leaders.

Participants will:

  • Enhance their understanding of the complex roles and responsibilities of leadership, including application of key concepts to independent schools.
  • Learn the importance of building relationships throughout their independent school communities, with strategies to do so successfully.
  • Develop a leadership profile and personal plan of action to elevate their impact in their school communities and the industry.
  • Participate in an impactful mentor group project with findings  presented at the NBOA Annual Meeting as well as a personal reflection at year-end.
