Building HR Processes That Support Your School's Strategic Goals

| Webinar

Your school has standard processes for hiring, payroll, performance management and many other personnel-related functions. They were designed to support the school's needs based upon both its structure and community values. These processes must also be responsive to changes in the school's environment and strategic goals, but the necessary adjustments aren't always easy to identify. It can be helpful to consult with peer schools to discover elements that may improve your HR operations and regulatory compliance. Join NBOA's Human Resources Council members for a discussion of the processes in place at their schools, reasoning behind the processes, and insight on adapting processes to your school's unique needs.

Presented by volunteers from NBOA's Human Resources Council

Learning Objectives: Participants will learn how to determine the criteria which influences a school's HR process structure, discover new ways to structure HR processes within a school, and develop an understanding of the regulatory requirements on HR processes.
