| Webinar

Financial wellbeing concerns every faculty and staff member working today. For those facing retirement, those concerns loom even larger, with many wondering if they are prepared for the future. Their number one fear is health care costs. Many schools are creating financial wellbeing programs that use their health care plan’s consumer tools and tax-advantaged accounts as one way to prepare today’s employees for tomorrow’s health care decisions. Learn how forward-thinking schools are helping faculty and staff face this challenge with the facts and strategies they need before they face issues in retirement.

Learning Objective: Participants will learn how to use existing health care and financial tools to help faculty and staff face retirement unafraid of dealing with future health care costs.
