Shana Abner, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Community Brands

Shana Abner joined Community Brands in 2021. For more than 12 years, she previously served as the director of enrollment and financial aid at several private schools, which ranged from 300 to 600 students and with financial aid budgets ranging from $300,000 to $3 million. She has also served on the board of two local independent schools and chaired their enrollment and marketing committees.

Jen Rathgaber has worked with Community Brands for seven years and serves as the marketing director for the independent and private K-12 school solutions division. As a parent to a child attending an independent school, Rathgaber understands both ends of private school marketing.
