Registration and Opening Session

Registration will be open on Monday, June 18th from 3:30 - 5:30 pm at the hotel. The opening session begins at the hotel with a reception at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm at the hotel with a guest speaker who will begin at 6:30 pm.

Transportation

Arrival

The closest airport to fly in and out of is the TF Green International Airport – Providence, RI (PVD). Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to the hotel.

Drive Time: 20-35 min.

Directions from TF Green International Airport

Exit airport and follow signs for 95 North to Providence. Take Exit #23 (State Offices Exit). Keep bearing right as you exit. At top of ramp, at the traffic light, turn left. Providence Marriott Downtown hotel is on the left-hand side.

Departure

A school bus will be reserved, to leave from the Moses Brown School campus at 11:30 am on Friday, June 22, to the Providence Airport. If attendees are interested in this bus service, please be sure to sign up at the BOI registration desk. Departure flights should be after 2:00 pm to allow for enough time to transfer from the school to the airport.

Educational Sessions

All educational programs take place Tuesday to Friday at Moses Brown School. A bus will be provided to/from the hotel for all educational sessions that take place at the school.
